At Don Giovanni, we believe dining is more than a meal — it’s a celebration of tradition, community, and family. Founded by Giovanni and Shana Spinosa, our restaurant brings together the warmth of Italian hospitality and the bold flavors of both traditional and contemporary Italian cuisine.
What began as a dream rooted in family values and long Sunday dinners has grown into a beloved gathering place for the Ormond Beach and Port Orange communities. The name Don Giovanni honors Giovanni’s grandfather, a tribute to the legacy and love that inspires every dish we serve.
Our Story
Giovanni Spinosa’s culinary journey began in Italy and took shape through hard work and perseverance. After immigrating to Florida over a decade ago, Giovanni worked his way up from washing dishes to mastering the kitchen. With the support of his wife Shana, he turned his passion into reality—opening the first Don Giovanni location in Port Orange, followed by Pizza Pazza, and now their newest home in Ormond Beach.
The couple opened their first restaurant with little savings, two young children, and a big dream. Today, they continue to build a community where every guest is treated like family.

At Don Giovanni, we offer a menu that blends classic Italian dishes with modern touches and regional favorites like New York-style pizza. From comforting risottos and house-made meatballs to imported mozzarella and Giovanni’s beloved montanare (a fried pizza he grew up eating in school), every item is crafted with care and quality.
